Kanichukulangara Temple (referred to as Kanichukulangara Bhagwathy Temple) is a famous temple of the Hindu mother goddess Bhagawathi. The temple is located near Cherthala in Alappuzha district of Kerala in India. The main festival is celebrated on the day of "Thiruvonam" in the Malayalam month "Kumbham". The temple is famous for 'Chikkara', 'Pongala', 'Thooka Chadu' and Fire Works . The temple is 8 km away from Cherthala and 18 km away from Alappuzha.

Kanichukulangara Devi Temple, located in the village of Kanichukulangara in Alappuzha, is famous for the twenty one day festival which usually falls on February - March.

The 21- day festival of this temple starts with Kodiyettam on the Bharani asterism of the Malayalam month Kumbham and it ends on Thiruvonam day with an arattu. Many rituals and sacred offerings like Kumbakudam and Thalapoli are done as part of the festival.

A sacred festival named Mura oath is conducted once in every 12 years.
